Liked: Really nice to have cooked eggs to order for breakfast.
Disliked: Didnt like the room in the basement as only super small window, limited natural light, and low ceilings. The bed way too soft for me. Strange to have a washing machine and dryer outside my door, but not available for guest use. Was quite noisy when on also.

Liked: Breakfast was great, Agnes was delightful and Claudia was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It was far too hot in the bedrooms, pillows could have been firmer.

A very good, quiet place...

Liked: Windsor house is very quiet and in a great location. We walked to Granville Island, Queen Elizabeth Park, a variety of restaurants, and other places.
Disliked: More variety in breakfasts would be good, as would a towel rack near the wash basin.

Liked: Beautifully presented. Gorgeous staff
Disliked: I actually stayed 2 nights and the first night I froze but the staff fixed it for the next night. I struggled with no-one there on arrival getting my bag to 2nd floor. I also paid extra to booking.com for a private bathroom, which booking.com offered, but the place was unable to offer.

Superb

Liked: Everything was amazing, location and decorations were lovely. Honestly, it was wonderful for the price, and I'd go again.
Disliked: only downside was the pipes were really loud above us (to be expected in a heritage home, of course) and that the breakfast was also very audible and a strong smell
