Disliked: If you have any problems they do not help you in any way. You will be completely alone or your holiday may be ruined, The hotel helps you until you receive the money. Once you pay the money, you won't find anyone who can help you.

Liked: The hotel in centre of Miami beach. It's very easy access everywhere. Clean room
Disliked: It hasn't got car park and u must pay 40$ per night nearest carparking. Lot of cafe and bar near the hotel, There is a lot of noise at night time!

Disliked: The staff was horrible.We came at noon and check-in is at 3pm but of no one waits til 3pm.As soon as the guy at check-in looked up and saw two African Americans.His while face changed.we told him we wanted to check in and he said "let me see if I have anything cause check-in is at 3pm."As soon as he said that.A white couple that he just checked in came in with their luggage.And the look on his face was like"Damn I have to check them in now"The racism is getting out of control.Its like before they come to this country.They are given a handbook that says (you have to hate blacks to fit in).He also put us in a room that when we took a shower.The bathroom floor got flooded.It was horrible.The other guy at the bar didn't want to serve my wife.Those Hispanics were the worst(just being honest).We just want to live and have fun but when you see other minorities being racist against another minority group.It just doesn't make sense.

Disliked: The facility is very mediocre, even though it is old, it has not been maintained at all, the elevator is very dangerously narrow and makes sounds like it is about to fall, the rooms are very narrow, you can hear everything going on in the next room, if you have any problem, they will definitely not be able to solve it, they will not care, your holiday may be ruined. I never recommend it.
