Not impressed. Would not spend the money to stay there again.

Liked: The doormen and the bellboy were pleasant and the atmosphere in the hotel for the most part was pleasant and pretty.
Disliked: Could not get into our rooms until 4:30. Check in was at 3pm. It stressed out my daughter because we were needing to get ready and eat and make it to her first concert at 6:00pm, a 15 minute cab ride away. The phone was broken, so I could never talk to the front desk without going downstairs. The faucet on the tub fell off in my hand, so I had to fix it repeatedly and had no time for someone to fix it since we were already running late.

Liked: The location was good and the facility was clean besides the obvious age of the hotel
Disliked: The windows were as good as not having windows at all. The room was ice cold. The air condition / clima was so loud, I could not use it, I tried to use it to heat up the room but that didn’t work. I had to shower with cold water one day. There was something wrong with the electricity and I got little shocks whenever I touched the bathroom door. Felt unsafe. The room was very dark and missing big light you could turn on. Only individual bedside lamps that were very old and the buttons were not reliable anymore. The staff was a bit sassy when I reported the cold water incident.
