Good

Liked: Love the rooms, it's the staff in the bar/restaurant area. We won't be dining or having a drink at the bar there anymore. We will stay there again though.
Disliked: Bartender that belittles staff in front of guests I just can't stand for when he is doing a poor job himself. There was a fight (verbal) between 5 to 6 staff members all cause by this one bartender. He had 4 people at his bar and half of us were upset with him. Again, we love the resort we just won't go to the bar anymore.

Disliked: The cost was higher than I would have expected.

It was fine.

Liked: The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. When I mentioned problems they seemed to look for solutions. The location is excellent. It is near Ina and Oracle which has several shops, food stores and restaurants. It is near Tohono Chul with its lovely gardens. While I didn't use them, the workout facilities looked well-equiped.
Disliked: The room was missing a TV across from the sofa. The balcony had two chairs but no table to set a drink on. There were no glasses in the bathroom. They asked that you use your towel multiple times to be "green" but there was only one small hook and no towel bar anywhere. The water pressure was terrible in the shower and the hot water took forever at the sink. The desk was tortuous. It was too tall to sit and work and too low to stand and work. Adding two pillows to the chair didn't work. The restaurant menu was very limited. Most of the food I ate was good but the choices were few and the facilities tired.
