Exceeded our expectations!

Liked: The villas were well appointed, the bed was comfortable. The room was bright despite the three days of rain Scottsdale got.
Disliked: The couch was a little uncomfortable, stiff.

Liked: Pools, gym, reception staff, the apartment
Disliked: Bad rosé at the pool bar

We had a lovely visit....

Liked: Loved the swimming pools.
Disliked: Furniture in the living room is a little stiff and very small kitchen.

It's a nice place except...

Disliked: Housekeeping was extremely erratic and unreliable. The front desk did not seam to be able to communicate with them. Their computer system showed housekeeping when it was never done.

Liked: We enjoyed the very spacious, well equipped one-bedroom villa. It was great to be able to use the pools in the spa hotel as well with the kids, although everything else auch as a restaurant or a gym are also available in the villas part. The staff was very friendly and one highlight was one pool that is open 24/7. The hotel exceeded our expectations, particularly with respect to the reasonable price.
