Liked: best place to stay in orlando
Disliked: I dint like the major pool closed so early, but there were 9 smaller ones

Liked: It was in a good location for SeaWorld and the Outlets
Disliked: I had to call maintenance 2xs for a clogged sink and shower. They were fast at getting it repaired and I did like that.

Liked: Very clean and nice rooms
Disliked: The A\C unit was FROZEN when we walked in - but we didn't know until we started wondering why it was so warm in the room - called reception - 1 hr later a tech came. He was nice but it came down to waiting several more hours for it to thaw.

Liked: All of the staff was very professional, the food was good, and the room was very clean. My husband and I had a tour around the hotel with hotel employee. This employee was so professional,that he made my husband and I change our plans !!!
Disliked: nothing

Liked: I like the accessibility to universal studios and disney. I love that it has it own water park. Whatever I needed for my room whether it was extra towels or a blow dryer, they bought it promptly. It was clean and family friendly !
Disliked: no complaints

Liked: This resort was a total surprise! Its like its own village. Everyone was so kind and everything was clean and easy to get to! Will definitely be back next time we are in Orlando!

Liked: Very clean. Friendly staff. Huge property.
Disliked: Almost everyday there was some sort of staff coming to our room for some type of repairs that was needed.
