There was nothing fancy about the hotel, but the girls at the front desk were amazingly helpful and kind.

Liked: Excellent customer service!
Disliked: Pillows were uncomfortable.

Liked: in the right location for an early start headed east. Bathroom sinks were very clean.
Disliked: door did not lock, shower operation was tricky, orange juice was yucky, decaf coffee was very weak. Plastic water glasses appeared to have been reused. There was an off odor in the hallways. The low speed setting on the heater fan did not work

Online it said it had a kitchen I get to the room and go in and theres no kitchen and I got the room for that reason so I didnt wanna stay there and couldnt get my money back ! I had no more money for food and bought food with my food stamp card to cook just to not be able to do that

Disliked: The door to the room they first put me in could not be securely locked and I noticed this when I left to have a meal. You could push the door open easily. I told them I needed another room.
