Liked: Location.
Disliked: Breakfast area was in a closet sized room. Not kidding. Choices very limited and seating was on the rooftop patio. Fine if not cold and rainy. An old hotel that needs work. Felt just a step above a Motel 6. Sheets had ink(?)stains.

Liked: The roofs didn't leak during the rainstorm Quite all night long with the sound of rain. The King room was larger than I expected providing for ample room to work on my laptop at the desk. The still server breakfast.
Disliked: The walkways became pools for rain water which could be avoided making for wet shoes and socks. Was charged for parking even after telling the registration clerk I was using their parking.

Awesome stay!

Liked: The bed and stay Sanjay was really helpful and efficient

Liked: The staff have been very accommodating. I've extended my stay a few days, which they have been happy to help with, while my home is being renovated. Very casual aas well as efficiently run. Would recommend to friends.
Disliked: No complaints. For the price point, I've been very happy with the hotel for 5 days. That's saying something.
