Disappointing

Very good

Liked: The location is in Manhatan, and the good part of New York. The facilities like a professional swimming pool and a huge gym with several rooms with all the equipment. And a basketball court. Clean toilets and showers. The option of going tonthe Third floor where the swimming pool is and enjoying bigger showers. Hot water, sauna, and steam room. Water fountain at the ground floor, third floor where the swimming pool showers are, and the 4th floor where the gym is. Vending machine with snacks at the reception. 3 elevators, and a waiting room that opens during the day. Room cleaning service and clean towels. Available wifi in rooms. Strong security procedures at the door. Nearby 24 hours food trucks, and Target that closes at 11pm. Few steps away from central park, metro, and bus station.
Disliked: Small rooms. Windows do not open (but you have the ventilation machine). They don't have European plugs or adapters, so you have to get your own or buy one from target (super market next to them that closes at 11pm). Gloomy if you don't come with friends.

Central Park

Liked: The location of this hotel is very good. Minutes away from anything. The place is clean with nice stuff.
Disliked: They should have a coffee machine somewhere on the premises.

Nice area, clean but no...

Liked: proximity to Central Park and the Met and Guggenheim galleries. liked the pool too. Nice area
Disliked: bed was very squeaky with every movement. No top sheet. No cafe for coffee. Had to walk to the toilet during the night, sometimes twice as no ensuite.

Liked: It was very clean and had a great atmosphere, the people, the personal and the installations was good. The best is the location!

Fantastic location and excellent value...

Liked: I had a private room and it had everything I needed. Clean and simple.
Disliked: The roof of the female toilets leaked. It was not fixed for the 6 days I was there. I told the front desk who said "they are aware of the leak". Not good for quests.
