Liked: My booking was cancelled by booking Com
Disliked: I booked this hotel in January for a weeks stay in September. In June I was told the government had taken the hotel over so my booking had been moved to an adjoining hotel I was told I would still have the upgraded room I’d booked with a river view. This did not happen. I was given a room at the rear with a town view. Be aware.

Disliked: Our booking was cancelled and transferred to another hotel. We received no prior notification and the staff we disinterested when we arrived. Not what I expect from Best Western, and I certainly will not go back

Disliked: I was moved to a different hotel and the room was not riverview like I paid for at the other hotel.

Liked: I was """ transferred""" to a completely different hotel chain..not even a BEST WESTERN.. I called the B/W REWARD Center and they very kindly took care of my situation..I was really looking forward to staying at this property but it has been taken over by the government...This was a """ political""" situation and the BEST WESTERN has been notified that they should not book anyone at this hotel in the future.

Terrible!

Disliked: The hotel was good, but the experience was the worst I ever had. I booked a river-side room and the staff told me I didn’t. So I paid more for a no-view room. And it charged me twice for the room. It took me about three weeks to get my money back and waste lots of time calling them. Thank booking for helping me get my money back. The worst hotel ever!!!!!!!!

Clean, comfy, close to Caesar's...

Liked: I have stayed here before. The partial waterfront view rooms are lovely... Clean, attractive, and comfy. No complaints whatsoever.
Disliked: The parking (off site) is my only turn-off. Yes, you can unload and load up in the parking lot by the hotel, but is it not really convenient for anyone who is going to be leaving and returning several times a day, or for anyone with difficulties walking. Alas, the parking is what it is and other than that, the hotel is quite nice and close to Caesar's Casino, Windsor.
