Overall, a very nice experience and I will stay there again for my next visit to Washington DC.

Liked: The room was very nice and the bed was SO very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the concierge suggested an excellent place for dinner and brunch.

Disliked: No one answered when I called front desk first time. Did get an answer on 2nd attempt.I was really surprised there was no microwave in our room, only one coffee cup & remote control had to be exchanged due to not working well. Service was prompt, person that exchanged our remote control was very difficult to understand & I don't think he could understand our questions.I know everything is digital but it would have been nice to have some hard copy magazines or literature with museums & Resturants closest to Marriott.

Liked: The room has ample space and a lovely view from the window.
Disliked: You might be able to hear some talking coming from the next room.

Disliked: We booked a double queen room through booking.com and get confirmed. However, we only get a king too with sofa bed. Also the front desk didn’t change to the queen room for us for the whole stay though we have requested multiple times. They are also very slow to other requests like giving us bedding for the sofa bed.
