Liked: Proximity to the downtown, though downtown Denver has a lot of sketchy people during the night.
Disliked: Nothing, this was my second booking.com purchase and it will be my last. From the moment we arrived it was a problem. Customer service was terrible, they really do not care. They charged $36 for parking, yet their parking lot was empty and for you to get a car (according to other guest, it took about 15 min at minimum. This should be a free service.Customer service (Asian girl at front desk) refused breakfast vouchers even though it was part of the hotel package.The Bed was uncomfortablePull away was uncomfortable and requested for it to be changed and they never did.Asked for two wake up calls on different days and never got themFound used condom on the floor, left side of the bed (have picture)Shower tub had mildew on the corners and between tile (have pictures)Bathroom door did not close (have video)Room was not sound proof, we could hear the cars driving by, motorcycles, ambulances, etc. as if we were next to them and we were on the 10th floor.Asked the Manager to call me after my stay and he never didAll in all, it is disrespectful that you booking.com, rated this as a 4 star hotel, when it is not even close to a 3 star. That is misleading the customer and false advertising and punishable by law, in the US.

Pleasant, good value for money....
Liked: Room was excellent. So was breakfast. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Pool was warm enough to swim in even on a cold day.
Disliked: There was no blanket for the sofa bed and I had to call reception twice and it took a while to come even after the second call.

Liked: The staff made the whole thing worth it.
Disliked: The price makes you think you’re going to get some big value, you don’t. The bed was slanted and hard. The restaurant kept sending our call to voicemail and we had to go down and order & down to pick up, why claim to have room service? The ONE elevator door that was working took forever to open/close which feels unsafe. No matter where you are roomed you hear doors slamming all day/night. The 1st room they put us in the toilet water kept running non-stop. The 3rd room they put us in the coffee machine was broken. The bathtub was backing up… the place needs love. The places need serious TLC. Y’all are charging like it’s a 5 star, but obviously are NOT putting any of the profits into the place. The ONLY saving grace was the staff. From the bartender to the valet they were GREAT. 5/10 wouldn’t recommend for this price.
