Good trip great location ,...

Liked: Location
Disliked: No coffee in the room At the restaurant and my chicken was very salty

This stay was extremely disappointing.

Liked: We come to Chicago every 3 months. We like the location. The staff is always very helpful.
Disliked: The room was not at the Waldorf standard. The bed was lumpy, the night stand drawer would not stay closed, and we repeatedly kept banging into to it during the night. The safe was inoperable. I did answer a text complaining about the bed, and they exited TJ changed it at 9:45 PM when my wife was already asleep.

Disliked: It is not 5 star, no coffee machine, light buttons didnt work properly, i asked for a fresh orange juice which is normal in any star hotel and this is supposed to be 5 star.They had my name wrong on the room & room tv. So couldn't even connect wifi, mini is not even at a 3 star.Once we arrived it was so hard to communicate with the reception lady bcz of the vacuum cleaner loud sound.. even during the day.This is a 3 star.
