I was somewhat surprised that they charge for WiFi in this day and age, particularly because there is nothing obvious that alerts you to this fact.

Liked: Clean rooms; very pleasant and accommodating staff at the front desk, as well as in the dining room.

We loved our weekend at the W Boston. Accomodations were great! Room was comfortable; staff was amazing in all areas - friendly, helpful and hospitable. Car drop-off service was fantastic. Convenient to restaurants, shops and theatre. We would definitely stay there again.

Close to amenities and finish...

Liked: The staff at breakfast were really attentive and kind even though we had 3 loud young kids
Disliked: The breakfast was slightly confusing as it wasn't buffet but we managed and staff were helpful
