Liked: Rooms are very small. I requested a king ocean view with balcony and it wasnt at all the same room as they advertised.. But hotel employee at the ftont desk helped us and made our trip fantastic. Thanks!!! Good location

Liked: First, all the positive feedback, The hotel is beautiful, the room was extremely comfortable the location was wonderful, all the public areas were luxurious and well maintained. The biggest amenity was the staff, everyone my family had contact with was amazing!
Disliked: Only two things could use improvement,1 while we were there, only one elevator in our tower was working, we received a notice after we checked out that the staff elevators were available for our use.2. The shower in our room was clear glass which in a king suite would be fine, but in a two bed shared space (we are a family with teenagers) it didn't work so well.

Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay and we will return in the future!

Disliked: - Firstly, when we arrived around 8PM they told us the room WAS NOT READY?!! I dont understand how this is possible as the check-in time starts at 3PM. Not sure if they only said this that we would get expensive drinks at their hotel bar?- We paid for a room with a partial ocean view. However, we did not get that and were not informed about that.- The room was REALLY dirty. It had blood stains on the carpet, stained sofa that need to be deep cleaned, dirty kitchen cabinets. Thrash from previous guest under the sink. Unpleasant smell.- Balcony doors did not lock. Same with the sliding doors in the other bedroom, did not fully close.
