Was close to ACL, which...

Liked: coffee in the lobby, friendly staff
Disliked: Used two coffee pods before the coffee maker didn't crush them. My traveling friends said the same thing.

Liked: Location next to concert venue. Room felt clean.
Disliked: The service at both bars-in the lobby and in the restaurant was terrible. Had to literally call "excuse me" because they would never come check if you needed anything. Just not enough staff I guess. The carpet in the common areas was pretty dirty. I like moody hotels but in my opinion the lights should be turned about 30-50% brighter in the hallways.
