Excellent location, easy to find, very clean, smells good, friendly staff. Long ramps have replaced the stairs, so one can roll one's wheeled luggage up to the 2nd floor. The owners have been reinvesting in their hotel and it shows. Outstanding value for its price.

Pros: Outstanding value - price for hotel quality.

Cons: The flourescent bulbs in all the light fixtures are dim. Leave all the lights on for an extended time, and they do brighten as they 'warm up' - except for the light over the sink and vanity.

It's a great stay when on a budget. Great value for the money. I will for sure stay there again.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. (even though they were KU fans lol) I liked the free breakfast. It was much nicer then I thought it would be.
