Always like staying here....

Liked: I think this room has been remodeled since the last time I stayed in it 2 yrs ago and the tile around the tub is phenomenal. Love the full kitchen and large shower as well.
Disliked: The wine glass behind the bed. It wasn't mine. Other items I couldn't reach behind the bed. Someone's not cleaning much. The water temp changed the second day in the shower to scalding. Couldn't get the temp lower. Later on, temp was tepid and couldn't get it to warm up. Fan inside bathroom is caked on with an inch of dirt and grime. Needs to be cleaned badly.

Liked: King room had been remodeled in kitchen and bathroom, nicely. Whereas, double queen room I had previously had not been remodeled and was in some disrepair.
Disliked: I added to my stay time, but they raised the nightly price and did not assist with a senior citizen discount when asked. Poor customer retention idea.

Nice for a day trip.

Liked: Large kitchen, clean sheets and nice view
Disliked: carpet by the ac unit and window was soaked with moisture. The multi shower unit only sprayed scalding hot water.

Liked: the stuff was friendly
Disliked: noisy, bad location in town and it was more expensive than much better hotels for instance in San Luis Obispo.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was above and beyond my expectations, staff was very customer friendly and informative at check in as well as checking out. The room was spotless kitchen, bathroom immaculate and beautiful . Thank you
