Incredible luxury hotel in a...

Liked: This was my second time staying here. Everything about the property was luxurious and we had an incredible view. The staff was wonderful. Adam, the concierge, was especially helpful in helping us plan a great evening after the weather forced us to cancel other plans. The location is a very short walk from the beach, Santa Monica Pier, and nice restaurants.
Disliked: About $100 too expensive in my humble opinion BUT I’d you’re going to splurge, this is the hotel to splurge on.

Liked: Everything was very clean, comfortable, staff were welcoming and very friendly. I have always loved my stay here :)
Disliked: I found them doing maintenance work in my room without being informed - would've been nice to have been given a heads up. The experince was lovely but the menu also can be improved.

Pleasant

Liked: I liked the property. I didn’t go there to hang out at their facilities. So I can’t really comment on that. I was a bit disappointed that the pools were so small. I would have liked to swim laps in the morning. But our room was nice.
Disliked: It’s an unfortunate thing for me I guess that there were picketer’s at 7am both mornings I was there. Due to the noise it brought on migraine headaches for me that were excruciating. But the hotel sent up a pot of coffee each morning with h helped. I just don’t understand why it came with only one cup instead of two. As there were two of us in the room. And in the end the hotel did comp us on a few things.

Liked: Not much tbh. It was close to the beach that’s about it.
Disliked: Omg where do I start do I talk about them protesting every morning waking up the guest. Maybe I should talk about how my air conditioning system was so loud that I couldn’t use it while I was in the room. I had went to the front desk to let them know and they said they send someone up. Which they did. My Spanish isn’t very fluent nor was the maintenance men’s English. I told them it was loud and they told me it was blowing out cold air. I realized trying to explain any further wasn’t gonna do anything. Then all night long there was a dripping noise that was loud and annoying. I’ll say this the lady who might be a manager at the restaurant was super nice comped me a few drinks but the front desk really didn’t care about any of my woes. I so wanted to love this place but honestly at $1400 for 3 nights and to not even have complementary coffee then to top it off with everything else well this place out right is trash and not worth the money.
