It is the ideal base for long hikes through the fens, for cross-country skiing (tracks begin 200 metres away), for cycle trips and horse-drawn carriage rides. Area Information

Our guesthouse lies some 3 kilometres from the centre of the climatic health resort of Monschau, the main tourist destination of the Eifel region. On the outskirts of Monschau you find the handicrafts village with its glassblowing factory. High above the Old Town you find the castle, which can be reached by S-Bahn with ease. During the summer open-air classical concerts take place here.

POLICIES: Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Internet via modem is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
