Disliked: The room stunk! Place was dirty, bathroom smelt like urine, mold on floor and ceiling, broken fixtures in bathroom, security lock on door broken, This place was the pits! Didn't even stay the second night. Save your time and find something else. I wouldn't of thought that a place like Booking would even list this property. It SUCKS!!!!!

Least expensive place in town,...

Liked: Least expensive option in town, and you get your money's worth. Great noodle place next door.
Disliked: Dirty sheets, broken chair, TV didn't work until maintenance guy had to come, had to reset my card twice, not enough outlets to charge phone, lots of missing caulk in bathroom. In short, no money has been spent by the owners in probably 20 years.

Disliked: Dirty, cockroaches, tub did not drain, hair all over the place, no sheets on the bed. The door lock was broken and the door did not shut all the way. Horrible experience.

great location but gross.

Liked: I liked the location and that was about it.
Disliked: The room was run down to say the least. Outlets did not work, the bathroom door would not shut, the bathroom stunk to high heaven, the shower was disgusting and was set up for someone the size of a child, the ceiling was coming apart around the room and the worst part was the roaches we kept seeing the whole time we stayed there.

Great location, great price, room...

Liked: Can't beat the location of this hotel if you're walking to the UF stadium. It is also a very short drive/uber to downtown. Definitely worth it for the location alone.
Disliked: Our room was infested with cock roaches, we killed probably 20-30 over our 2 night stay. The bathroom was falling apart, the shower curtain rod had been ripped out of the wall so it was basically useless. The shower head was installed about shoulder height so it was very difficult to shower.
