Liked: Comfortable beds. ONE helpful staff member.
Disliked: Did not have The heated pool or hot tub it advertised. Key cards never worked and had to be reactivated constantly. Took our towels and wash cloths and did not leave any for us. Made us check out a day early. Did not return our $100 deposit. A NIGHTMARE!

Disliked: Room was dirty,the toilet was running all the time,the shower was also running, there was bugs in the room, ask the front desk to get someone to clean and vacuum the room,after they were done the dead bugs was still in the floor and they nand no new towel

Disliked: There were ants all over the room

Liked: Not much. My 2nd room (see below) was reasonably clean & comfortable
Disliked: First room did not have hot water nor good water pressure. Had to change rooms but room key did not work. Staff apparently not aware that room did not have swipe locks. So was unable to get a room key for 24 more hours. Staff also unable ( or unable or unwilling ) to print out or even email my final bill to me. Not a well-run property and not worth the money I am getting charged.

Disliked: The hallways smelled moldy as did the room. The tub had rust on it, we refused to use it.

Disliked: The whirlpool was out of order, no wifi, phone in room didn't work, the door to bathroom was warped. The outside was poorly lit

Liked: Staff was pleasant
Disliked: No hot tub that was listed on the website. Pool not heated. Pool area carpet stained and stunk so bad in that whole room. No exterior lights in parking lots. Exterior doors were not locked until I complained about them being open with no outside lights on.
