Very comfortable, clean and affordable.

Liked: Very up market and comfortable.
Disliked: No teabags in the room. Had to buy from the shop. Only coffee/green tea is provided in the room.

A great place in the...

Liked: It’s a fantastic place. Lots to do and it’s so close to the parks! The pool is awesome! The express passes are a definite bonus - skip the long queues and ride more rides!
Disliked: It’s expensive so be prepared to pay top dollar for the best in the area.

Amazing room. Location. Staff snd...

Liked: Location perfect as we hit the parks. Room size again perfect. Nice and big fir 2 adults 2 teenagers.
Disliked: We were unable to cast to the TV. Which was a slight problem for my hidden needs child however we managed.

None stop fun and excitement!!!!!

Liked: Facilities, Express Passes and the staff were all amazing.
Disliked: The Express Passes didn’t cover Hagrid’s Motorbike Adventure, which was a shame.
