Overall excellent stay.
Liked: Good location. The setup with resturant in lobby with Bar is nice setup.
Disliked: The shower tub driainage was very slow.

Disliked: Unpleasant experience!The staff never gives you a correct information. After checking in only one room key was working and the other not, i thought it wasnt a big deal. Went out and when returned i went to the front desk to make sure the keys are activated and working, the front desk lady confirmed they should be working now and if they didn’t maybe the door’s battery needs to be changed. And she asked me for my Credit Card to hold an amount of 50 dollars for incidentals, I asked why they didnt mention that when i checked in! But i didn’t get an answer! So I asked to pay it in cash so i get it back in cash when i checkout and she said that is not possible the only accept CC. I made the transaction and it was approved.Baring in mind i have a 1.5 & 5.5 years old girls and i need to access my room ASAP. I went up trying the keys they didnt work!!! Went down for the 2nd time, so the front desk girl advised to go wait in front of the room’s door and she ll sent the technician guy to fix the door’s battery, my baby started crying! While waiting.the technician guy came to inform me that they locked the room because i have an outstanding payment!!! While MY STAY WAS FULLY PAID IN ADVANCE. And i have to go down again to settle it with the front desk! I explain that i just came from there! And i checked with them twice and my stay is already fully paid in advance! And my baby still crying and they didnt bother themselves, he went to check and asked me to wait, he ll come back very quick, i waited 20mins he didn't show up, the other guests started to open their room’s door and give us some looks because of our crying baby.So i went downstairs to the front desk for the 3rd time to see the manager, the front desk lady, the technician and the security discussing the situation and once I reached them, the manger left!! And went to assit another guest!!! Leaving me waiting for another 20 mins!
