Fantastic stay. Great rooms that make you feel like they care. Staff is fantastic and very helpful. I felt like a king. My son loved it as well and it creating a great memory for him. A fantastic stay. I will definitely be back.

Liked: Very cute property just needs some upgrades.
Disliked: Didn’t know until checking in that all the balcony’s were closed. Also got stuck in an elevator, bed was super uncomfortable. Kids running up and down the halls all night, barely enough hot water to take a shower.

Liked: Great location. Nice parking underneath the hotel. Right on the main strip of Virginia Beach.
Disliked: One hot tub wasn't working. Fireplace didn't work. Also no balcony because they are all closed.

Disliked: no hot water left earlycouldnt get help that , had any authority ;property needs to be updated
