Will never ever stay here again.

Liked: Next to everything.
Disliked: The first room smelled; lamp shade was broken; in the second room the heat did not work; in the third room there were loud noises from construction up above and there was no hot water. Very bad experience all in one day.

Liked: Not one.
Disliked: If loud noise bothers you, such as people yelling in the streets, construction going on at 2:30 in the morning or even vomiting people in the lobby, then don't waste your hard earned money.

Location is great for attending shows. The counter staff was moderately friendly. Loud A/C and street noise, like squealing tires and loud voices, kept us awake much of the night. Hallways and elevator were hot, as was our room until late that evening. Bathroom was not as clean as expected. Overall, a disappointment. We will not return.

Liked: Room size was fine, but only room for the King Bed. It's NYC, so not unexpected.
Disliked: Hallway and elevator were hot; our room was hot until late; A/C unit ran, but the fan was barely blowing; toilet ran all night; bathroom not as clean as expected; building decor was weird; street noise was very loud for much of the night.

Liked: Clean; friendly, helpful staff. Location was wonderful.
