Liked: The soa was amazing
Disliked: I was falsely accused of using a fraudulent credit card when I was in fact there due to a credible threat. I paid for my room in full on Booking.com and they charged my cards 3 times I called the cops and they ran my Dads card and still made me leave even though I was paid up and not scheduled to leave until Monday 4/22. I would also like a full investigation and all my money back and the money they charged on my dads card also. This was embarrassing and a violation of my civil rights. Liked: Excellent rooms and front desk. Appallling wait staff. Actually walked out of the bar and the restaurant. I am seasoned business traveller with 150 plus days a year on the road.
Disliked: Wait staff. They treat everyone like some middle America rubber with enough bucks to stay there and who have no idea about service. Maybe thats the market. It isnt me
