Liked: Great staff. Solid value .

Needed a hotel close to...

Liked: Had a good selection at breakfast and the extended hours were great as we aren’t early birds. Very convenient to be able to charge meals to our room at the adjoining bar/restaurant.
Disliked: Having to pay a deposit when you could have charged the room fees to my credit card right away.

Liked: stuff is excellent! Bed is cozy.
Disliked: no lift

Liked: The well equipped room had every comfort of home. The in-room jacuzzi was a real treat. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Could not use a bubble bath in the jacuzzi. A couple squirts of the supplied shampoo gave good bubbles and smelled great!

Always our first choice to...

Liked: Close to lots of amenities and large mall with major retailers. Clean room and staff are always very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The room was a little too warm for our liking. We didn’t see a thermostat anywhere, but in hindsight should have spoke with staff regarding room temperature

Passable

Disliked: The insulated cover over the AC unit was pulled off the wall on one side and cold air was coming through.

Superb

Liked: Comfortable beds, clean rooms, great hot tub, excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Quite a bit of garbage in the parking lot. Inside hotel was good. But outside garbage blowing around had me questioning the neighborhood.
