Liked: Staff were friendly
Disliked: Old, smelly and not very clean.

Would be better if small details were paid more attention.

Liked: They had no water to drink when we arrived late waiting to check in, also no extra blanket in room and when I asked it was a huge process like it was never asked. The ice machine was not working no vending machine, the towels were dirty in our room when we arrived or badly stained clean ones and last but not least the coffee maker was not cleaned out had old coffee in it. The free breakfast was a pretty good selection. I feel for paying over 100 a night and too many things that would make it great that could have been done.

Liked: Really nice hote!Room was clean,organize and love the swimming pool and hot tub too.Breakfast was excellentStaff was so friendly,i forgot my toothpaste and they gave me some for freeThank you so much Travelodge by Sony plain.Highly recommended
