Very poor

Disliked: Location is not in the greatest area. The parking lot is an alley full of homelessness. The parking lot was empty when we arrived at 2:20, and they wouldn't let us check in until 3 pm. The room was dirty. No hand soap. Very outdated. The door wasn't sealed properly, so there was a gap underneath about a half inch. Toilet was so tiny, almost like one you would find in a kindergarten class. Very noisy. I have never had this experience with any room I have ever booked.

Liked: Not a thing. So bad we checked out 10 minutes after we checked in
Disliked: Area was very sketchy and the keys wouldn’t work to get in room. Check in through a window on the side of the office. It was very uncomfortable.

Liked: Front desk person had attitude problem. Maids were great ! Maintenance man was great ! I'm 71 years old and my room was on the 3rd...3rd floor. No elevator ! I'll never stay there again. Want ice ? Take a hike to another building to get ice. Ridiculous
Disliked: No ice machine in my long building. Had to go up 3 flights of stairs. Not bringing my suitcase up ! Can't get over the fact you make guests climb 3 stories to get to their room.

Disliked: No curtains at back window window with spray paint on it shade over window didn't stay down no smoke detector table fo twor had one chair. Um had to drive to laundry mat there's was closed.

Liked: Being able to have privacy and the ability to transition from being in San Diego (D.O.D. Business) for the real we the people business as well. I was able, regardless, to be able to: work, play, explore, and prepare to transition out of San Diego, CA, to go East to the Midwest for 28 days. Thank you.
Disliked: There are various and numerous dislikes, but to be fair and give just one example: 1. No pool or outside secured area for the paid guest to chill out safely & securely (in an area proned for criminal activities) but only for staff (Locked and only for staff); why is that?
