Liked: The shower was nice but dirty
Disliked: They forced me to pay a fee for my service animal claiming I had to fill out paperwork at check in disregarding the states laws or the fact that they didn’t have it posted anywhere. The larger middle eastern woman who I’m assuming runs the place was ride from the get go. At check out when they charged the fee she was very unprofessional cursed at my friend and called her obscenities.The room wasn’t properly cleaned there was dirt and grime essentially everywhere they charge for things like blankets pillows and towels ($50 for one of those thin itchy blankets.) housekeeping was rude arguing with us about how many towels we were allowed to have at a time and questioning why they were dirty when we traded them after they were used. The pool was opened but filthy and the key cards hardly worked on any doors. Terrible maintenance on the room itself poorly patched holes in walls. Don’t stay here if you can afford literally anything better
