I would recommend this hotel to friends; location is perfect for all tourist sites; clean pool; breakfast place next door; friendly staff; great price.

Disliked: The room was dirty and had roaches. Blood on the ceiling. The other occupants were fighting all night and slamming doors. This room was the worst in a long time. Never again will I stay here

Liked: The staff and the location. It was nice having a balcony.
Disliked: I didn't like that the mattresses did not have the bed bug proof bags. It would have been nice to have a microwave to reheat the leftovers from the restaurant next door.

Liked: This is a friendly and reliable motel. The room rates are reasonable and the staff are very friendly. They always let us keep our vehicle parked in their lot after check out until the show is over & there's a great breakfast place on the ground floor.
Disliked: We didn't get a balcony this time, but there were 2 couples in our party and I did appreciate the larger room we were given. So really not much of a negative.

Liked: Room was clean. TV was good. Bathroom was good. Bed good.
Disliked: I did not like that the snap lock was broken on the door and the bottom lock was missing. It was difficult to sleep not being able to lock the room from the inside.
