We decided to switch hotels...

Liked: Easy access to highway
Disliked: Carpets and floors felt sticky and grimy, staff inattentive, bed had a broken spring and was very uncomfortable

Liked: I love staying there. It's quiet the rooms are clean and cozy. The beds are comfortable. And the staff are accommodating.

Liked: The beds are comfortable.
Disliked: No refrigerator and the remote control to the tv didn’t work.

I regret it and wish...

Liked: The location was right off the highway.Everything else was horrible and out dated and gross and stunk like old party rooms.
Disliked: Everything was old and outdated and smelled like really old party hotel rooms and there was nothing nice about the place I was afraid to even take my shoes off because of the carpet the covers were from the 80s. I swear they were the oldest sheets and blankets, and I even got switched to a different room because it stunk so bad in the first room and the second room was just as bad, this hotel was absolutely horrible and I would remove it from your website so no one else has to go through what I didI could’ve got a way nicer room for the same price or cheaper and I figured it would be nice just because of the location in Hudsonville, but it was a hole in the wall

Disliked: It was dirty and there were very scary people coming in and out of the rooms as well as in the parking lot. It is a hot spot for blatant drug use and I did not feel safe. I checked out soon after checking in.

Liked: Price. Staff.
Disliked: Had to ask for a second set of towels. Had to ask for an ice bucket (which they had none). This is bare bones. Also, it's very noisy. Other guests were up all night. Kids uncontrolled. At 4 a.m., there were still people talking in the hallway. (Or singing!)
