Great location and value for...

Liked: Room was clean and very quiet - no noise from traffic. The complimentary breakfast was an excellent buffet, and included hot food options - including omelette, cereals, toast, waffles, muffins, yoghurts, fruit, coffees and juices. Staff were friendly and gave good advice on visiting attractions in the local area. Good location for visiting both Everglades and Biscayne National Park, or using as a starting point to head down to the Keys.
Disliked: Shower took a while to heat up.

Best place to stay if...

Liked: The location was good. The pool was nice, we used it while doing a load of laundry.
Disliked: My husband found a hair in his breakfast sausage. It definitely wasn't his. Didn't eat breakfast there the rest of the trip. The bathroom door stuck and was a little hard to open.

Liked: Our stay was perfect, quiet, clean, great staff, good breakfast. It felt like it was a family hotel. Stores and restaurants at walking distance. The price was excellent compared with others in the area.
Disliked: The breakfast room is a little bit small, but works
