Disliked: I booked a STANDARD KING SMOKING SUIT! When I walked in my room I received a two double bed suit . I was NOT notified upon check-in that I was getting moved or a different suit might I add I do understand that I requested a smoking room but my bed had a burn hole in it one more thing the sheets had a stain in it that was very noticeable. I will NEVER stay or recommend anyone to stay here!

Overall it was good, but...

Liked: I thought the older front desk lady was very accommodating and tried to make sure you stay was pleasant.
Disliked: Totally opposite of what I experienced from the older front desk staff, after driving 6 hours to the hotel from NC. Upon arriving, the front desk clerk was pleasant, didn't smile, didn't ask how was my trip which didn't make me feel welcome. Not a great way to start your stay after a long tiring trip. That's why I can't give a perfect score. Thanks
