Fine accommodation but very strong...

Liked: Neat and tidy. The front desk staff, John, is always very nice and helpful. He is very accommodating.
Disliked: The use of the extraordinarily strong chemicals in cleaning the room. The smell of the room reeks of unbearable chemical odor which is hazardous to the health of seniors especially those with COPD.

Liked: The gentleman that helped me Bob, was very polite, and professional and went out of his way to make sure that I got into my room right away; and made sure that my wife received her key upon arrival. Debra was very patient and understanding at check out. Kudos to your staff trainers...

Liked: John the front desk clerk is wonderful and accommodating. Generally clean and great location
Disliked: EXTREMELY STRONG, LINGERING SMELL OF THE CLEANING CHEMICALS USED IN THE ROOM!!! I had to try out 3 different rooms to find the one where I can at least breath. THIS IS A PERSISTENT PROBLEM IN THIS BRANCH.
