Very disappointed

Liked: Location was good for our needs
Disliked: No hangers in room, not enough toiletries (no lotion), fridge and air conditioning was off upon arrival so they were both hot, beds were very hard (like boards), towels were small and rough to touch, all the drawers opened on their own (like the room was not level). And no breakfast Shall I go on?
