Room wreaked of cigarette smoke; door would not close completely; latch lock broken; it was a rundown, poorly maintained building. I took pictures - I should receive a complete refund. So bad I could not stay - it was the worst room I have ever seen in all my years of travel. The fire truck, ambulance and police arrived within 15 minutes of me being on the premises.

Disliked: Everything - contact me at my email address where I can send pictures. I did not even unpack once I saw my room. Got on my phone and found another place to stay. Left and never stopped back at the office to even ask for a refund.

Liked: This property is not fit for human inhabitation. My heart aches for the individuals that have no other alternative for housing than this hotel. It is in a VERY unsavory neighborhood with rampant prostitution being transacted openly in the neighboring streets 24 hours a day. The area is riddled with individuals with substance use issues, homelessness and crime.
Disliked: There was not one, single, solitary moment that either I or my family felt as if we were physically safe of satisfied with this disturbing and unsettling hotel stay. PLEASE avoid patronizing this establishment and avoid being part of the sad cycle of poverty, crime and deplorable conditions perpetuated by this hotel's continued operation. This property would better be served as a parking lot.

Disliked: We had an unscheduled layover at the airport July 14-15 during the overnight hours. American Airlines ran out of hotel vouchers so we were left to stay at the airport or book a hotel on our own. We booked a motel at Royal Inn around 12:30 am and took a taxi to the location. On first appearance, the neighborhood looked bad. The check in guy was behind glass. It appeared solicitation and drug use was happening with the activity in the parking lot and the glossy appearance and unsteady gait of the people seen. The hotel room was filthy. Comforters had cigarette burns, dirty walls, towels, linen, punch hole in the wall, bugs in the mini fridge. Group of men partying in the parking lot outside of out hotel room. We were afraid to stay and afraid to leave. We stayed about 30 minutes, then called an Uber and left. Hotel check in told us we could not be issued a refund. This had to be issued through Booking.com. Booking.com should NOT advertise this hotel on their website. It is NOT safe and a liability to the company. I would like to request a refund. I have receipts and pictures. Please contact me ASAP

Disliked: The walls the bed and the Chair please please don’t stay there the lock on the door did not work!!! We stayed in 129 and it was a waste of money and they don’t give refunds after 10 minutes and you can’t see the room until you check in. We went and got food came back and did not feel safe and checked out. It’s not worth 75.00 maybe 40
