Liked: very comfortable room. Very place if you have stay for extended period for work.
Disliked: it would nice to have a few USB PORTs. noisy traffic in the day, but still able to get a good night sleep at night

I would stay here again.

Liked: convenient location, suite with full kitchen
Disliked: The breakfast was minimal compared to other hotels I have stayed at. A little disappointing.

Disliked: I hate to complain, but some issues need to be discussed. we found blood on the outside of the toilet paper roll in the bathroom, reddish brown stains on the comforter, chipped and peeling pots and pans, food splatter on the walls in the kitchenette, a tub drain that wouldn’t stay down, continental breakfast was seriously lacking, no carts to help move luggage into the building. I’m seriously taken back by our stay here. For all the Covid protocols, where are the protocols to keep people from getting exposed to random peoples bodily fluids? I’m way more worried about blood exposure than Covid exposure. maybe fix those things first.

Too loud and cold at...

Liked: The room was very clean and the hotel parking is big. The staff is friendly.
Disliked: The room faced the highway and was VERY noisy. Avoid if possible, it’s loud even with ear plugs.You can as well leave the windows open - they don’t reduce the noise at all!! The A/C was extremely loud and old , it took 2 hours(!!) for the room to warm up to 74 with A/C working on the warm mode, again, adding up to the outside noise. No sleep at night as a result. Not staying here again.

Facility too noisy to sleep

Disliked: The heat pump in my room makes so much noise, I had to turn the heat off, after a couple of hours the room was so cold I had to turn the heat pump back on and sit up awake until the room warmed.My room was directly adjacent to the freeway, the noise from traffic was constant. I make 15-20 trips a year to Richland I will not be staying at you facility again.
