Liked: Clean, quiet and conveniently located. Top-notch staff was friendly and efficient. Great value.

Liked: Room was great; breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: Entry way to the rooms seems a little claustrophobic.

Liked: Great location, very convenient to get to public transportation, also they allowed dogs to stay. And who works house keeping was fantastic assisting us in our needs day to day.
Disliked: Yes, the staff was rude and very disrespectful other than she works housekeeping. The General Manager, was horrible and rude. Hotel employee did not allow us to extend our stay and we were thrown out the very last minute!!

I could not even stay...

Liked: The hotel seemed alright, however I can't speak positively about any part in the hotel, as I hadn't stayed long enough to gather a positive experience.
Disliked: They do not properly announce on this website that their hotel is 'Dogs Only'. It is in a very obscure place on a separate website that we had not known of before this. We were bringing a cat with us, and were told that we were unable to bring the cat into the hotel after I had already paid the total for the hotel and the pet fee. I was charged the late cancellation fee, even though the circumstances were outside of our control.

Unacceptable living conditions made me...

Liked: Nothing! It was horrible!
Disliked: It was disgustingly dirty with black mold everywhere. The staff was very rude. I checked out immediately after walking in & seeing the room in unfit living conditions & am STILL trying to receive a refund for this incident.

Liked: Ever room has full kitchens with all the appliances and all the essentials such as pots and pans, dishes, classes, utensils, etc. The front desk & housekeeping do an excellent job. Thank you staff!
Disliked: The guest that are pet owners suck! They leave dog shit in the hallways.

Passable

Not worth the money or...

Liked: The only nice thing was the doors locked on every building from the inside.
Disliked: Our room was very dirty and had opened soda bottles and empty bathroom supplies as well as hair all over the tub. We stayed for 5 nights and never once was offered housekeeping or extra toiletries and constantly had to go to the office to ask for items. The fire alarms went off constantly and there was no apology or communication from the property management even though I was the person to go to the office while the entire building was under fire alarms and other guests continued going in and out without being stopped. I was charged a “deposit” when I arrived after booking online so that was also very disappointing. There was a literal KNIFE in our sleeper bed so I refused to open it any further after finding it.

Liked: It was a slight bit better than the worst hotel Inhave ever stayed in
Disliked: It was trashed, in a bad neighborhood, tv didnt work, pillows were uncomfortable. I put on filters specially for a hot tub and there wasnt one.
