I'll be returning here, if...

Liked: Easy check-in process. Friendly staff. Even though we had a simple issue with the 1st room, it was easily resolved.
Disliked: Just pulling something out of the air, because I really like this hotel...I couldn't reset the time on the clock radio after the power went out. I tried everything and usually I'm pretty good at figuring out electronics without the instructions.

Disliked: I was not informed that our 12lb dog would incur a $100 additional charge for the one night when we checked in. This information was not on the website when I made the booking although I did specify that we have a small dog

Fair. The room was just...

Liked: Location is what we liked the least! From the title of the property, we thought we would have been downtown.In fact, we usually stay at Marriott across the river in Phoenix City. The clerk there recommended it!
