Liked: Property was cleanvery comfortable.
Disliked: I was charged twice and management was unwilling to help. Had to go through my card issuer to reach a resolution.

No BLANKETS!

Liked: The staff was nice and friendly.
Disliked: They did not have blankets for our bed, all they had were sheets. Also we were only given 1 towel and when asked for more we were told they were out. Our trash can still had trash in it from previous guests and the kitchen and bathroom floors were dirty and sticky.

Great place to stay when in Lubbock.

Liked: Rachel at the front desk was friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. Room was nice and ground floor which was great because we had dogs.
Disliked: Would have liked the usual breakfast instead of a "to-go" bag of yogurt, breakfast bar, muffin and apple.
