Great location for State Theater concert - an easy 5 minute walk. Close to decent food ( Claire and Dons, Applebee's, Caribbean Plate).

Disliked: Other than my Gatorade from the lobby which was $3.50. Lol.

Great staff; clean room; comfy bed; nice shower. I would definitely stay here again.

Disliked: Would have liked pastries, bagels or toast on continental breakfast.

Liked: We liked the space that we had with the suite. It was very roomy. The full kitchen was so nice to have too! It also included all the dishes and utensils we needed. Everything was very clean.
Disliked: The fold out couch bed wasn't what we expected. It wasn't bad, just not what we expected. There wasn't a sheet provided for it either, only a blanket and pillow. We didn't have enough towels and washcloths in the room upon arrival. It was a small inconvenience though, and when I went down to the front desk they were very accommodating.

A nice stay in Falls...

Liked: We travelled by car so the location was great, I loved the neighborhood, quiet and safe, the building looked so American (sorry, tourists here). The room, studio actually, was very big (we even had a kitchenette), the bathroom was nice, spatious room, big TV. The bed was very comfy. 20-25mins by car till Washington DC. The staff was very kind and helpful. It has parking. We enjoyed our stay.*We recommend Cafe Kindred for breakfast, 5mins by car, 10mins walk.
Disliked: You have to pay for the parking, $5/day. If you arrive late at night, you might not find an available spot for your car. We were lucky to find the last one available one night.

Horrible key system that will...

Liked: The staff was wonderful. They were very accommodating and quickly responded to all requests. Our rooms were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The key system! Words cannot explain my frustration with their card system. My first key didn’t work. The second key allowed me in the building but not into my room. When I got another key that worked, it only worked a few times. I had to visit the front counter a number of times, so many I’ve forgotten. The worst was as we were packing the car to leave and couldn’t get in our room. Their key system is an extreme inconvenience and for this reason only I would not recommend a stay here to anyone.

It is a worthy choice...

Liked: The location is so convenient to go around for dining and visiting D.C. We just needed between 15-20 minutes for driving. It’s also near DCA airport.

Liked: Great location. Easy to get into the district. Nice area with a lot of dining options.
Disliked: 6 nite stay I had to empty our rash and recycling, no housekeeping.

Disliked: No scrubbers to wash pans. Pans are not nonstick. Fold out couch is hard no sheets or blankets available.
