Roomy but needs updating!

Liked: The space is roomy with two separate bedrooms and a living space and kitchen area.
Disliked: It’s outdated and a bit dingy. The beds were also hard and a bit uncomfortable. It would be nice to have more than just one trash can especially an additional one for the bathroom. There were one bar soap (bath) but no hand soap. The towels are worn, thin and not soft at all. The carpet need a good shampooing because it’s dirty and turned my feet black from walking barefoot on it.

Disliked: Unfortunately the person who checked me in was unpleasant. The room was fairly clean but the toilet was not working.

Like napping in a dirty...

Liked: Nothing really aside from being 3 miles from where we were going that morning.
Disliked: It was dirty, smelled like cigarettes, the shower tub was broken, the drain plug apparatus was smashed out and set to the side like it was supposed to be that way. The towels had long black hair in them. It just didn’t give the appearance of clean. The “breakfast” was a couple random granola bars and terrible coffee. The pictures made it look decent, I need to have an exam after thinking it would be a decent place to spend 6-7 hours sleeping. Also I checked in at like 4am and asked for a late check out and they said 25$ an hour.. pay full price for a nap and you can’t hook up the extra hour for free, so there is your customer service.
