Liked: Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Parking garage not well labeled for exit with vehicle.

I enjoyed my room - it was like a cute little apartment, although the pictures on the website are NOTHING like the rooms themselves. Huge let down but it was a good stay. Upon arrival I checked the bed and it had hair and crumbs and who knows what else under the first sheet. Called the front desk and had replacements no problem.

Liked: Excellent customer service and location.
Disliked: Bed wasn't clean on arrival.

Liked: Everything was great. The room is very spacious and clean, view from the window is nice. The location is great. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was there, everything you may need.
Disliked: It was a but noisy during the days because of some construction

Good value for a downtown...

Liked: Great price for being right downtown. Due to renovations, we were bumped up to a penthouse room.
Disliked: Sometimes parts of downtown Toronto may not be safe or comfortable

Liked: A big room with full kitchen equipment, coffee machine, huge bed with comfortable mattress, but duvet was really thin for April. And about continental breakfast. It isn’t continental breakfast. (Croissants, tea, coffee, bananas, apples, muffins, butter and jam).
Disliked: The cleaning.

Disliked: looked drab, balcony was closed off, underground parking lot looks sketchy and is unnecessarily expensive.
