Disliked: The view is not as expected on the lower levels rooms. only two Wi-Fis per room. Be aware of the size of the beds when you reserve for four.Rooftop only opens at 4. Kids not allowed after 7 on the rooftop. Room.Strange thing: somebody is coming at night in your room, it is well intended because it is for the weather forecast and a bottle of water but it feels strange. The view is not as expected on the lower levels but we can see Manhattan. See from the rooftop is nice. Pretends to be luxurious hotel but: only two Wi-Fis per room, queen size beds, rooftop only opens at 4. Kids not allowed after 7 on the roff top. Employees are not very friendly except for the door attendants, specially Juan Rivera, that were nice. Next time, we will go to another hotel in the same neighborhood.

Disliked: The hotel has a lot of problems with the fire alarm we could sleep the last night 6x awake door the alarm the first day also at 8am and we are not the only ones complaining about this recurring issue a guest told us that its since daysthe staff was not efficient and helpful we just received a sorry for the inconveniencewe booked 3 rooms for our family and we will not go back
