Beautiful restored old building into boutique hotel, location and staff were great. The king superior room was average for the high-price. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom.

I will not be returning to this hotel. I was amazed at how rude and unorganized the hotel staff were. There was only one employee there who seemed to know what he was doing and he was the front desk clerk who checked me in, otherwise, the place is run by people who have no clue how to operate a hotel. I reserved two rooms under my name and had there were 6 women total staying in the two rooms. We did not violate any hotel policies or rules, yet the head of security called the room to inform me that we could not make any noise and we were not allowed to have any more ice. For a hotel that doesn't have ice machines, I was confused as to why myself and those I was staying with were denied access to ice!!?? The head of security also threated me over the phone saying that if we made any noise at all, we would be kicked out and my credit card would not be refunded. When I checked out, I asked if it was standard policy to have guests threatened and treated like a group of children. No one knew what I was talking about and they acted like I was making up the entire situation. As for the staff in the restaurant, look out. They spill coffee on people and drop dishes full of food on the floor. The whole experience was a nightmare.
