I was surprised to not have free wifi. Is this not 2015? Come on! Room service menu was very high priced, but then they add automatic 18% tip - plus a service fee! Parking was so confusing that after opting for self-park, we ended up having to use valet anyway! And both rates were high. So - all in all I felt 'nickel-and dimed' to death. If the corporations that use these hotels would complain about all of these extra charges, perhaps we minions could afford to stay here. Just saying!

I wouldn't stay here again. Very disappointed in what they refer to as a suite. A suite is not two rooms that adjoin. A suite is one big room with a separate bedroom. Overpriced for what they call a suite. I would stay somewhere else next time and pay for a real suite. Also, didn't use room service as the required extra fees were way too much.

We loved the view and the staff were very polite. Our room was not very clean - the bathtub was dirty and so were the sheets on one of our beds. I had to scrub the tub before using it and the bedside table was dirty and sticky so I also had to clean this.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms comfy and clean.
Disliked: Exorbitant fees for wifi, Internet didn't work half the time, ordered food and was told to pick it up at concierge desk and waited 45 minutes only to find it sitting at the restaurant stone cold, elevators were not working most of Easter weekend during a huge anime convention and I had to walk down from the 27th floor several times, and at times waited 35 minutes for an elevator (not an exaggeration!) Even with 3 of 4 elevators working, It took me 2.5 hours to take my stuff down to my car as I had to make several trips and each trip took 30 minutes due to elevator wait times. Horrendous. Never again.

Liked: The room itself was nice and staff were accommodating.
Disliked: The resort fee felt like a hidden cost. Elevators were broken most our stay (though we were assured it was a surprise for the hotel too). Machine for tapping out of parking didn't work that may of caused additional charges.

Liked: Location was great easy to walk to local attractions, easy parking, nice lobby, rooms had newer carpeting and were clean.
Disliked: Beds were very uncomfortable, very softy/springy, didn't sleep well.Each evening there was no hot water so could not shower until late or in the morning.Very low water pressure, just a trickle so could not use the main shower head, just the hand wand.

Liked: The location and view from room was excellent
Disliked: The room had crumbs on floor upon arrival. The housekeeper did not come and clean. Had to call front desk, to have cleaned.
