Liked: Room was excellent; bed was amazing.
Disliked: Bar was closed by the time we got out of the concert. Wish they had 24 hour room service; wish staff were more informative; nothing in the room to tell us where anything was, not even a phone book. We ended up eating at Subway. We didn't know we had to make a reservation to eat.

Liked: I liked the history of the hotel. I typically prefer more modern hotels but there was something nostalgic about the old style.

Liked: I had an unfortunate incident and the entire hotel staff was extremely helpful! The room was nice, just a bit too small. However, the bed and bedding were very comfortable. I will definitely return when I visit the area again.
Disliked: Just the size of the room, very small and tight quarters with two people. No room for luggage.
