I disagree with the people complaining. I had a wonderful time. Every employee was very friendly and helpful - even the man who works in the parking booth. When we met him I had a feeling that the people were friendly there. One of the young men working outside helped us out with local attractions and led us to a great restaurant. I do have to say, I wasn't impressed with the room for the price but it was very nice and clean and the shower was wonderful. I had an all around good stay at the Westin and plan to come back in the future.

Disliked: It was just one thing after another, we got there and only one elevator was working and it was a really busy weekend. We got into our room and went to put our things away the cabinet door fell off the hinges they said that just happens. We requested a crib on our reservation and we didn’t have one, when we asked the staff was extremely short and hateful (as they were the whole time). The air vent in the room had a huge layer of dust on it it looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned, and we were told parking was $30 and it ended up being $42 which isn’t a big deal I just wish we were informed.

Liked: We loved everything about the Westin. The only thing was our sheets were ripped on one bed and not made as nice as the other bed.
Disliked: The sheets on one bed

Liked: The location was great, the room was large and nice.
Disliked: The $40 for parking was a bit much. There is $50 valet but I think next time, I will try a nearby parking structure.

Liked: It was clean and comfortable. The front desk person was kind when I arrived several hours before check in and provided me with a room right away.
Disliked: There was a lot of late night street noise on Saturday night but the hotel can't really control that.
